This website presents Echo(unit), the strategy and activation unit of the EXAPHASE group, dedicated to action sports culture.

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience statistically: page views, visit length, device type, country. Without consent, no measurement tool is loaded.

Your choice is kept for 13 months in your browser. You can change it at any time from the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page. The website sets no advertising cookies.

The contact form collects your name, your email address, your need and your message, plus your organisation and your timing if you provide them. This information is only used to answer your request, which is its legal basis. It is sent by email to the group's mailbox, info@exaphase.group, hosted by Hostinger, and an acknowledgement goes to the address you entered. It is not stored in any database, not passed on, and not used for automated prospecting.

Exchanges are kept for the length of the relationship, then for three years at most after the last contact. You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, if you believe your rights are not respected.

Fonts, images and video are hosted with the site: without your consent to audience measurement, viewing a page contacts no third-party service.

Like any web server, the host may keep technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) to keep the service secure and running.
